You are a natural problem solver and communicator, with the ability to negotiate between the needs of the client, and our internal team to create win-win solutions. You have deep knowledge of web and digital marketing processes, think quickly on your feet, and are a pro at delegation. You thrive on keeping clients happy and well-informed, and turning them into raving fans of our team and process, and the results that they get from working with us. Account Manager Responsibilities: Goal: Retain our clients and ensure the transition of clients from satisfied to thrilled. - Create happy clients (the clients’ experience is #1; make working with us pleasant and easy for these busy small businesses) - Proactively touch base with clients with weekly status updates & monthly to ensure happiness level, maintain rapport, and foster relationships through timely follow-up and communication to increase retention of accounts - Be an advocate for our clients and available for their needs - Answer phone calls We will start of with 1-2 clients in the beginning and expect the work to be around 5 hours/week.
