Part-time contract | Remote | Therapy/Health services niche Overview: We’re launching a modern MSO helping therapy practices scale sustainably. We’re looking for a sharp, organized systems-thinker to help us build and manage our Notion-based onboarding + delivery ops for new clients. What You’ll Do: • Build a clean, scalable client onboarding experience in Notion (or your tool of choice) • Create SOPs, task trackers, and client-facing dashboards • Support with client comms during onboarding (email, Loom, light PM) • Organize internal resources (docs, templates, guides) • Help structure our first 2–3 service “packages” for delivery • Optional: assist with light coaching support based on client needs Ideal Background: • You’ve built onboarding or training flows for a service biz or coaching offer • You know Notion inside and out — databases, templates, and docs • Bonus: you’ve worked with therapists, coaches, or in client services • You love building from scratch and making chaos clean Rate: $30–$60/hr depending on experience Hours: 5–20 hours/week to start
