Part-Time Business Development Representative (Entry Level)

The Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth and build relationships with prospective buyers. This is a great opportunity for graduating college seniors or recent grads looking to kickstart a career in sales, real estate, or tech. You’ll be on the front lines—reaching out to leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our network of partner builders. If you’re a strong communicator, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a dynamic startup, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do: Proactively reach out to inbound leads via email and phone Qualify potential customers and conduct discovery calls Research prospects to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates Log and track interactions in our proprietary CRM Learn and communicate the Welcome Homes value proposition with confidence Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine messaging and lead generation tactics What We’re Looking For: Current college senior or recent graduate (all majors welcome) Strong communication skills—written and verbal Comfortable talking to people, asking questions, and handling objections Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Interest in tech, real estate, or startup environments Available 10–20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours and full time role after a few months Nice to Have (but not required): Experience with sales, customer service, or outbound communication Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Interest in pursuing a full-time role in sales or business development Perks: Flexible remote work Hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company Opportunity to grow into a full-time role Sales training and mentorship from an experienced team Be part of a mission-driven company reshaping the future of homebuying Ready to jumpstart your career and make an impact?
