This is where you come in. ⸻ Role Overview We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Inbound Sales Representative to become a vital part of our high-performing team. You’ll be the first voice and face for GPs reaching out through our paid and organic sales funnels. Your job is to build rapport, qualify leads, and guide them to the finish line—signing up for our marketing services and listing packages. ⸻ Your Responsibilities • Connect with Warm Inbound Leads: Respond to inquiries from paid ads, webinars, email campaigns, LinkedIn DMs, and other sources. • Follow-Up & Nurture: Use our CRM and sales tools to maintain timely, authentic follow-ups and relationship-building touches. • Qualify Prospects: Understand their current investment offerings, marketing needs, and whether they’re a good fit for our platform and services. • Close the Deal: Confidently pitch and sell our listing services and marketing packages that help sponsors get more exposure and more capital. • Collaborate with Team: You’ll work closely with marketing and operations to continuously optimize the process, improve close rates, and deliver results. • Track Pipeline Activity: Update lead statuses, track hot leads, and share insights to improve sales strategies. ⸻ Ideal Candidate Traits • Sales Experience (2+ years), ideally in finance/investing for real estate, SaaS, or professional services • Charismatic Communicator who can lead conversations with intelligence, tact, and confidence • Relationship-First Mindset with the ability to build trust quickly with high-level professionals • Self-Starter Mentality – organized, dependable, and driven by results • Experience with Capital Raising or Syndicated Real Estate is a huge plus • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs, Google Workspace, Calendly, Slack, and Zoom. ⸻ What’s In It for You • Earn $10K+ Monthly in Commission – Performance-based compensation with no ceiling • Pre-Qualified Inbound Leads – No cold calling; these people want to talk • Elite Team & Proven System – Training, scripts, SOPs, and marketing support provided • Remote & Flexible – Work from anywhere with Wi-Fi and a sharp phone presence • Be Part of Something Big – Help shape the future of passive CRE investing alongside a team of top-tier professionals. ⸻ Compensation This is a commission-only role with high upside potential.
