First and foremost, thank you for considering this freelance opportunity to work with my construction company and real estate brokerage in Florida. I am looking to add a few talented telemarketing freelancers to the sales team who will focus on generating residential and commercial leads and appointments for our company, which is targeting 4 main prospects: buyers, sellers, joint ventures, construction. We can buy any commercial or residential property if the numbers make sense, we can also partner with the owner's to make repairs, or we can broker the property to one of our buyers. Additionally, we are looking to provide construction services as general contractors such as remodels, major renovations, roofing, plumbing, new construction etc. Sales, real estate, construction, or business experience required, pay is depending on experience and type of lead generated. This is part time or full time position than can be paid hourly, commission, or a mix of both.
