Location: Remote, Michigan-based *Must be located in Greater Detroit or Michigan. We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our cause-driven marketing agency as an admin and remote front desk specialist. Your main responsibility will be to answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and booking new client introduction calls, and coordinating with our team to ensure smooth communication and the highest level of customer service. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be required to answer calls between 9 am to 5 pm EST. You will find out if the person calling is a current partner of a new client prospect then continue to go into a script of qualifying questions to vet that person. Greater Detroit area applicants will get preference but all Michigan-based candidates will be considered. Skills required: - Excellent phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills - Proficient in using scheduling software like Calendly - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail - Availability from 9-5 pm EST from Monday through Friday to answer calls or return missed calls
