We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and help keep the business moving forward. This is not just a calendar and inbox management role—this is about creating leverage so the CEO can focus on growth, strategy, and leading the business. Location & Schedule: • Based in Austin, TX • In-office: Tuesday through Thursday • Remote: Monday and Friday (not desk-bound, just available) What You’ll Do: • Own and manage the CEO’s calendar and daily task flow • Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead—logistics, prep, follow-up • Organize and support internal working sessions, team meetings, and planning events • Own monthly internal company updates and keep documentation current • Build and edit PowerPoint decks for presentations • Create and maintain process documents and SOPs • Be a trusted partner and filter—keeping priorities aligned and distractions minimal What We’re Looking For: • Austin-based with the ability to be in-office 3 days/week • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Docs, and process documentation • Curious and coachable—you don’t need to know everything, but you do need to want to learn • Someone who wants real experience inside a growth-stage company
