Network Engineer for PfSense Firewall Whitelisting

We are looking for a PFSense network engineer to assist us with whitelisting an IP range for our STREAMS Phone system. The firewall is not allowing the Streams App to pass Audio through. We have the IP range but need help whitelisting it so traffic can pass through properly. When we make calls from the STREAMS Desktop App we cannot hear the caller, however the caller can hear us. According to STREAMS Support we need to whitelist the IP Range they provided us.
