Looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting assistant to help manage disaster recovery tasks after a home loss. Tasks include: • Organizing and submitting inventory of destroyed items to insurance • Following up with FEMA and SBA regarding pending disaster relief claims • Tracking deadlines and correspondence across platforms (email, portals, etc.) • Researching and summarizing next steps for unresolved items • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy This is not a full-time job — I’m looking for someone who can be focused and proactive in moving things forward without needing a lot of structure or oversight. Strong communication skills, experience with insurance or disaster recovery a plus. Please include relevant experience and availability.
