Job Title: Virtual Software Trainer Overview: The Virtual Software Trainer delivers engaging online training sessions to help users master our software product. This role focuses on creating digital training materials and conducting virtual sessions to ensure customers and employees can effectively use our software. Key Responsibilities: Host live virtual training sessions and record sessions for on-demand access. Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the content. Collaborate with product and support teams to stay current on software changes. Qualifications: Experience in delivering online training or working in a digital learning environment. Strong ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable using video conferencing and online collaboration tools.
