We are Cobra Carbide, a U.S.-based CNC carbide tool manufacturer (end mills, drills, burrs, inserts) operating for over 35 years. We generate ~$5M/year in revenue, primarily B2B, and are now focused on expanding our e-commerce division aggressively over the next 12-24 months. We’re seeking a high-level Google Ads Specialist who can strategize, build, manage, and optimize campaigns with a clear focus on conversions, ROAS, and revenue growth; not just clicks or impressions. This is not a basic campaign setup job - we need someone who: - Thinks strategically, identifies gaps, and crafts campaigns around opportunities. - Understands B2B and industrial buyer behavior (longer sales cycles, technical buyers, value-focused). - Can operate hands-off once objectives are aligned, without micromanagement. - Can diagnose and fix performance issues independently (e.g., low checkout conversion, Shopping feed problems, geo-targeting mistakes).
