I host a weekly podcast called YouTube Creators Hub, where I interview YouTube creators and dive into their journey, strategy, and growth tips. The podcast is also posted as a full video on YouTube, and I want a talented designer who can create engaging, scroll-stopping thumbnails for each episode. This is ongoing weekly work — I want to build a long-term relationship. I do NOT want AI designs. What I’m Looking For: • A strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail design best practices • Bold, clean, high-contrast designs that pop on mobile • Ability to work with headshots of my guests (you’ll be provided these weekly) • Minimal text — you should know how to communicate an idea visually • Fast turnaround (2–3 days max after assets are delivered) • Experience with podcast or interview-based channels is a big plus
