Local Videographer Needed (DMV) | Real Estate Reels & Edits for Social Location: Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) Area – Local Applicants Only Ongoing Work – Starting ASAP We’re Reelify – a fast-growing digital content brand bringing short-form real estate videos to life. Think modern, bold, scroll-stopping content. We’re looking for hungry, creative videographers in the DMV area who can film and edit vertical content (IG Reels/TikToks) for real estate clients. What You'll Do: Film real estate closings, short tips from agents, and trending real estate content (at offices or homes—no listing tours) Capture 1–3 clips per shoot (usually under 90 sec each) Deliver clean, punchy edits with quick turnaround (2–4 day turnaround ideal) Incorporate captions, trending sounds, and simple transitions (we’ll provide brand guidance) What We’re Looking For: Based in DC/Maryland/Virginia (must be able to shoot in person) Comfortable filming on iPhone or DSLR (we care more about the eye than the gear) Experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Reliable, fast, and excited to grow with us Bonus if you’ve worked with real estate agents or filmed interviews/content before Perks: Flexible schedule, shoot when it works for you Chance to work with a variety of clients and content styles Opportunity for consistent ongoing work as we scale Portfolio building with modern, high-visibility content ⚡If you're a go-getter with a good eye and quick turnaround times, we want to hear from you.
