We’re looking for an exceptional Instructional Designer to help us create multiple courses. Turning abstract ideas, words on paper, and concepts into engaging, and dynamic learning content. This isn’t a development role even though you should have experience with Articulate Storyline to be able to create a design plan/storyboard —it’s all about coming up with creative ideas (activities, interactions, exercises, engagement) to present boring content that is memorable. Please note the $5 budget is a place holder for the first 10-min course. What You’ll Do • Provide ideas and creative learning approaches for boring, mundane content. • Create quick prototypes or storyboard with interactive activities that captivate high-level professionals. • Collaborate closely with us to implement feedback • Focus on content: Your expertise is in design, engagement and activities, interactions What We’re Looking For • Creative content expert with executable ideas • Strong writing skills • Course design pro • Can-Do Collaborator Your Skills & Experience • 5+ years in instructional design • Expertise in content structuring • Experience creating storyboards, interactive activities with outside the box thinking • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 If you’re an innovative Instructional Designer who thrives on creating impactful, dynamic learning, we’d love to hear from you.
