We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Automize. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of both our automation and WordPress projects. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and a passion for technology and innovation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with our clients to understand their needs, managing project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and leading a team of professionals to execute projects on time and within scope. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their vision is translated into effective automation solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. - Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Obtain quotes from contractors, evaluate proposals, and ensure contractors adhere to their proposed work hours and scope of work. - Act as the main point of communication with contractors, coordinating their tasks and addressing any issues that arise during the project. - Oversee WordPress website projects, ensuring website requirements are clearly communicated and delivered according to client specifications. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. - Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. - Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Facilitate post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous learning. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology or automation-focused environments. - Strong understanding of business process management and automation technologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
