Part-Time CPA for Ongoing Business + Personal Accounting Support (WA Preferred) I’m a busy entrepreneur running multiple companies and looking for a long-term, part-time CPA who can handle both personal finances and business entities (LLC & PLLC). This is a flexible, low-hour opportunity (5–10 hours/month) for the right person who enjoys consistent, advisory-style work. What You'll Do: Reconcile Wave Accounting for all of 2024 (catch-up needed) File extension requests for both personal and business 2024 taxes Prepare and file taxes once books are caught up Ongoing monthly reconciliation (after catch-up) DOR and City of Olympia filings (WA State) Strategic advice on owner draws, payroll, budgeting Optional: help with long-term structuring (real estate, trusts, entity setup) Ideal Candidate: U.S.-based CPA (WA familiarity a bonus) Experienced in both personal + business tax Comfortable with QBO, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration Friendly, responsive, and solution-focused Quick Note: We’re behind on 2024 bookkeeping and tax prep, so the first priority will be filing extensions and catching up. After that, this will shift into a lighter, ongoing monthly workload (~5–10 hours/month). Budget: We're offering $40–$75/hour depending on experience.
