We are seeking a California-licensed attorney to assist with a limited scope filing in a federal ADA lawsuit involving a commercial landlord (LLC) in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California (CDCA). Background: The defendant is an LLC, a property holding company. The case concerns alleged ADA violations at a commercial property leased to a tenant. The tenant has already defaulted, and Plaintiff is now pursuing the landlord. Our team has compiled all filings and drafted motions, including both a Motion to Quash service and a Motion to Dismiss based on lack of landlord liability.
