Real Estate Acquisitions Manager


Acquisitions Manager – Real Estate Investment We are a small, dynamic, and growing boutique real estate investment company seeking an experienced and motivated Acquisitions Manager to help drive our business forward. This is a performance-based role with a high earning potential, offering a 10% commission on the net profit of each deal. If you have a strong track record in real estate investment, are skilled at negotiating deals, and excel at follow-ups and due diligence, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Negotiation and Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure profitable real estate investment opportunities. Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calls to prospective sellers and follow up on inbound leads. Diligence & Deal Structuring: Perform market valuations, assess property potential, and make well-informed offers (verbal and written). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with motivated sellers, investors, and other key stakeholders. Documentation & Process Management: Manage contracts, track deal progress in CRM systems, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and organized. Follow-up & Persistence: Proactively manage follow-up schedules to keep deals moving forward and ensure high conversion rates. Objection Handling: Skillfully overcome seller objections to close deals and secure contracts. Ideal Candidate: At least 2 years of experience in real estate investment, sales, or acquisitions. Familiarity with real estate investment terms such as MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer), ARV (After Repair Value), LTV (Loan to Value), BRRRR, wholesaling, lease options, and other investment strategies. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively handle objections. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and CRM management skills. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously. Persistent, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for finding and securing great investment opportunities. Compensation: Performance-based structure with 10% of the net profit from each deal.
