Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traffic Manager/Project Manager to join our healthcare advertising agency. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently route jobs across various agency departments via Workfront, ensuring all projects meet daily deadlines. You will serve as the pivotal point of coordination between departments, helping to drive seamless project execution and uphold our commitment to excellence in healthcare advertising. Key Responsibilities: Job Routing & Workflow Management: • Utilize Workfront to assign and route incoming job requests to the appropriate internal teams (creative, production, digital, account management, etc.). • Ensure that all tasks are distributed effectively to meet tight daily deadlines. Deadline Management & Monitoring: • Track project progress and deadlines in real time, proactively identifying any potential delays or bottlenecks. • Collaborate with department leads to adjust workflows and prioritize urgent tasks when necessary. Cross-Department Communication: • Serve as the central liaison between different agency departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project statuses, changes, and timelines. • Facilitate clear, timely communication to minimize misunderstandings and ensure project success. Process Optimization: • Analyze and refine routing processes within Workfront to improve efficiency and overall project delivery. • Identify areas for workflow enhancement and propose actionable solutions to streamline operations. Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain accurate records of project progress, deadlines, and workflow changes. • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior management. Qualifications: Experience: • 3+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or a similar role within an advertising or creative agency environment is preferred. • Prior experience using Workfront or similar project management tools is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge: • Familiarity with the healthcare advertising sector, including an understanding of the unique regulatory and compliance considerations, is a plus. Skills: • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Strong time management abilities and proven experience working under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating effectively with diverse teams. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: • Competence with project management software (preferably Workfront), Microsoft Office Suite, and other collaboration tools.
