We are looking for a Project Manager to manage implementation of QCommission (our Sales Commission Software). You will be working directly with our customers and professional services team to successfully implement QCommission software on time and on budget. Requirements : • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong customer management skills • Strong project management • Experience in software implementation projects • Previous experience working with Offshore teams • Experience in sales commission/ Sales compensation Responsibilities : o Manage end-to-end solutions delivery and customer expectations o Lead business requirements and data collection o Develop functional specifications and designs o Develop Project plan o Track project progress. o Risk mitigation o Work with customers and professional services team to develop, test and deploy applications in production o Lead transition of customers to Support o Develop reusable processes, templates and tool kits for rapid deployment. o Ability to work remotely
