I'm looking for an expert to help me quickly set up a cold calling and outreach system. I have a pre-existing list of business contacts and want to build a light-touch call center operation. The goal is to: - Make outbound calls - Drop voicemails when contacts do not answer - Use SMS and automated email sequences to help schedule meetings This is a short-term consulting engagement. I mainly need advice on what systems, tools, and processes already exist that would fit these needs. Experience with cold calling platforms, sales automation, and CRM integrations is a plus. Deliverable: - A system recommendation and high-level implementation plan - If this goes well, there may be follow-up work setting up or overseeing the initial configuration.
