We are a growing company based in Lexington, Kentucky, and we are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us hire 5 highly motivated individuals for a very specific niche role. This position requires candidates who have experience working long hours in demanding jobs such as logistics, solar, or door-to-door sales. We need someone who can quickly source, screen, and present candidates who are extremely hardworking, persistent, and able to handle physically demanding and time-consuming work. The recruiter will work with us for a 2-week period to fill these 5 positions as quickly as possible. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify candidates who have worked in high-effort roles (logistics, solar, door-to-door sales, etc.) and can handle long hours and demanding tasks. Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates’ work ethic, resilience, and ability to thrive in physically and mentally challenging environments. Interview candidates and present top picks based on their qualifications and ability to fit the job's specific demands. Help coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offers. Ensure that the candidates you present are located in or willing to relocate to Lexington, Kentucky. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience recruiting for sales roles, particularly in logistics, solar, or door-to-door sales industries. Ability to assess and identify candidates with a strong work ethic and persistence. Experience in niche recruiting, especially for high-demand and physically intensive roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage the hiring process efficiently and effectively. Ability to work on a fast timeline and meet aggressive hiring goals. Job Requirements: Demonstrated ability to recruit for specialized, hard-to-fill roles. Familiarity with sourcing candidates who have worked long hours and in high-demand environments. Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards that specialize in sales and logistics roles. Ability to work independently and manage recruitment deadlines under a 2-week timeline.
