We are seeking a skilled Business Acquisition Specialist to analyze future business opportunities. Experience: - Analyze profit & loss statements, cash flow, and revenue trends - Identify red flags like inflated metrics or fake sales - Ask smart, strategic questions to the seller during meetings - Break down the risks and opportunities of the deal - Verify what’s actually included in the sale - Summarize everything into a clear risk vs reward snapshot document - Recommend if we should consider the deal or pass Additional information: - Likely a Business Acquisition Analyst or Due Diligence Consultant - Should have experience with online businesses (ecom, SaaS, POD, etc.) - Responsible for meaningful research as well as meetings with the seller to form an accurate picture of the opportunity and uncover risks
