We’re seeking an exceptional UI/UX designer to finalize a global design system, refine user flows and journeys, and document our evolving vision. Project Scope & Responsibilities: ✅Global Design System: Develop and finalize a unified design system to ensure consistency across all five web applications, including dashboards with similar look and feel but unique functionalities. Build reusable components, style guides, and documentation using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. ✅User Flows & Journeys: Design intuitive user flows and customer journeys for each application, optimizing for usability and engagement. Conduct user research and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. ✅Documentation: Create comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and specifications, to capture the platform’s vision and support ongoing development. ✅Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product manager, developers, and founders to align on requirements, incorporating daily platform changes and evolving priorities. ✅Dynamic Adaptation: Thrive in an environment where the platform undergoes extensive daily updates, ensuring designs remain flexible and scalable. What We’re Looking For: ✅Proven UI/UX Expertise: 5+ years of experience designing complex web applications, with a portfolio showcasing design systems, dashboards, and user-centric interfaces. ✅Design System Mastery: Hands-on experience creating and documenting design systems (e.g., component libraries, style guides) using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. ✅User Flow Proficiency: Strong ability to map out user journeys, create wireframes/prototypes, and validate designs through user testing or stakeholder feedback. ✅Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar) to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility. ✅Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders remotely, interpret feedback, and align on a rapidly evolving vision. ✅Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent changes and tight timelines. ✅Bonus Points: Experience with tools like Zeplin (or alternatives like InVision, Framer, or Abstract), accessibility (WCAG), or designing for platforms with centralized management systems.
