We are seeking a TikTok advertising specialist to help drive installations of our mobile app, WeightLossBuddy. ✅ We will supply all user-generated content (UGC) — your focus will be on creating, launching, and optimizing ads that convert. What we're looking for: Proven experience running TikTok ad campaigns focused on app installs Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, including setting up conversion events Ability to test multiple creatives, audiences, and strategies quickly Strong skills in analyzing ad performance and making data-driven optimizations Familiarity with tracking installs and measuring true ROI (using MMPs like AppsFlyer a plus, but not required) Scope: Set up TikTok ad campaigns targeting our ideal demographic Optimize campaigns for lowest cost-per-install (CPI) Suggest new ad concepts based on performance data Regular reporting on key metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, installs) Bonus if you have: Experience advertising health, wellness, or fitness apps Ideas for scaling successful campaigns once profitable To apply: Please share a few examples of successful TikTok app install campaigns you've managed, your typical CPI, and your estimated timeline for getting campaigns launched.
