We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with various tasks. Responsibilities include: Creating 15 still graphics per month for social media Scheduling social media posts and Google Business Profile (GBP) updates Managing email communications and client requests Conducting research and supporting miscellaneous tasks as needed Attending one client meeting on 1 Saturday per month to share screen and walk through slides (total 45 min call) Writing 2 long-tail LinkedIn posts per month The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Ad hoc request as needed Likely work will be around 30 hours per month.
