This project aims to raise awareness around mental health in high-pressure roles like yours. What We Need From You: * Use our daily text support service for one week. * Record a 1–2 minute video sharing your honest feedback and how it helped (or didn’t) during your work week. * We’d love for you to share a moment of vulnerability—something real that others in your field might relate to. Who We're Looking For: * First responders (EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, police officers, etc.) * Comfortable sharing personal insight on camera. * Advocates or supporters of mental health awareness.
