You will need to post a minimum once a day Some Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: *Video planning *Shooting videos in different locations *Making reply videos to answer the community FAQs about products *Stay up to date with each platform's community guidelines *Generating views & sales *Work as a team with 2 other creators Requirements: *Fluent or Native in the English Language *Proven experience as a video creator *Competent in cinematography fundamentals, lighting, and all smartphone video features *Results driven, sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Competent in the difference in social media cultures (i.e TikTok culture vs Instagram culture vs Youtube culture) Other details: Payment Terms: *This is an entry level content creator position. Payment Structure Is As Follows: Base: $100/month (increases the longer you work with us) Commissions: 25% Of Sales + 25% Of Youtube AdSense (this is where the big $ is made) Work Hours Expectations: This requires 1-3 hours of work a day, depending on post volume. 1 hour = 1 post. Whether its video ideas (we provide you with a big, viral-proven list to get you started) Scripting videos Shooting the videos Work at any time of the day that works best for you. so long as you post the minimum required post frequency.
