Hey there! I’m the solopreneur behind BuiltByRenee, a website and marketing company, and I’m looking for a skilled, self-sufficient, and proactive individual to join me! The role involves helping me manage projects, create game plans, and execute them—without needing a lot of my direction. If you're a quick thinker, organized, and have a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, we might be a great fit! You’ll be working across three main areas: 1. My Business – Helping me stay on top of tasks, keeping things organized, and helping move things forward. 2. Client-Facing Projects – Supporting me with client communications, GoHighLevel (GHL) account management, and assisting with project management. 3. My Personal Brand Social Media – Helping create and manage my personal brand content (think LinkedIn posts, IG/TikTok/YouTube videos, etc.). Here’s what you’ll be helping with: ✅ Client & Contractor Communication: Keep everything running smoothly by following up with clients and contractors, ensuring everyone is aligned. ✅ Task Management: Create, update, and manage tasks for me—prioritizing them with clear deadlines. ✅ GoHighLevel Management: Manage our client's GHL accounts, making updates to templates, workflows, and landing pages when necessary. ✅ Document & Presentation Creation: Help create PDF presentations, documents, checklists, pitch decks, and SOPs for both myself and clients. ✅ Website Wireframe Review: Provide feedback on website wireframes or completed sites and pass on updates to the developer or designer. ✅ Loom Video Creation: Record short, clear Loom videos for clients and myself that explain processes efficiently. ✅ AI & Tool Research: Research AI tools that can streamline content creation, and help me develop a routine for creating social media content. What I’m looking for in you: - A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and a proactive approach to tasks. - Ability to anticipate what needs to be done to meet our goals, even without constant guidance. - Bonus: Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn it on your own time. - Strong communication skills, especially in English, and the ability to record clear Loom videos. - Someone who works efficiently, can handle multiple tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Availability to work during US standard work hours (flexible). Flexibility: While I’m not sure exactly how many hours will be needed each week, I’m looking for someone who is flexible and can start with minimal hours. As projects ramp up, the hours can increase.
