Graphic Designer Needed for Realtor Flyer and Branding

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create an informative flyer for realtors that serves as a quick reference guide for tax write-offs. The ideal candidate will also assist in building a cohesive brand identity, including logo design. I have one already created but some changes/fine tuning/complete re-do is possible. The flyer should be visually appealing and easy to read, providing essential information that realtors can carry with them.
