Graphic Designer for Logo Upgrade

I amin th eprocess of launching two connected companies: One is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the other is a For-Profit LLC. The names are similiar, but the logos must clearly differentiate. I have some design exerience, and have designed two logos myself. Both include some verbiage (our"tag" lines, etc.) Our team like the designs, but I know they can be better. What I really need is someone weho can use my designs as a stasrting point, a foundation, and create something similiar but better. Perhaps very similiar, perhaps not.. I will keep an open mind to all possibilities... End use, the logos will be used (in vaying sizes, and as .jpg or .png) for web branding, documents, polo shirts and anything else where our logo will be appropriate. My designs are in Photoshop, and I am happy to preovide the freelance I hire with those files. A .pdf of both logos is attached for reference.. PLEASE feel free to ask any questions yo may have. We do not expect to launch until Q3, maybe the start of Q4, so I am not is a hurry. For the right person, there may be additional work as we launch and grow... so I would like someone who is a talented designer, but who also understands and supports our mission. I have a few requests: - Please speak ENGLISH fluently - Please be prepared to show me a small portfolio of logos yuo have designed. (Of course I am curious about you rother work, but if you do not have experiencewith logos, this is not for you.) Please note that I have not indicated a budget. I will entertain bids for the complete job (2 finished logos), not hourly rates. I have always found that to be better for everyone. Many thanks. Cosmo
