AESIN Innovations Corp. is developing a patent-pending biodegradable water play product. We are seeking a freelance chemist or materials scientist to assist with: Formulating a biodegradable, elastic or pre-sized dissolvable film Using a gelatin base (provided) or proposing alternative biodegradable polymers (e.g., PVA, starch blends) Testing for: Flexibility/stretchability Water retention (holding 6–9 oz of water) Controlled dissolution timing (1–24 hours after water exposure) Recommending film thickness parameters and formulation ratios Delivering a basic physical test report (summarizing results) We have a starting material available and are looking for hands-on support to optimize the material’s properties. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before full technical specifications are shared. Deliverables: 1–2 suggested formulations Basic lab observations: flexibility, stretch, dissolution behavior Recommendations for next-stage material refinement Ideal Skills: Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science Biopolymer formulation experience Experience with biodegradable films, flexible coatings, or water-soluble materials Ability to run small-scale lab tests Timeline: Seeking initial results within 2–4 weeks of engagement.
