We’re a residential remodeling company looking for a talented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team on a part-time freelance basis. This role is ideal for a designer who is skilled in Chief Architect and comfortable working independently from provided measurements and a clearly defined scope of work. You'll be responsible for developing functional, aesthetically pleasing design plans that will be used for client presentations and construction. What You’ll Do: - Create detailed kitchen and bath layouts using Chief Architect - Generate floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings - Interpret provided site measurements and scopes of work to develop accurate designs - Make revisions as needed based on feedback - Create material selections list based on client inspiration photos and information from our design team Communicate effectively with our project team as needed for clarification What We’re Looking For: - Proficiency in Chief Architect (REQUIRED) - Experience in kitchen and bath design (at least 2 years preferred) - Strong attention to detail - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently - Great communication skills and responsiveness Nice to Have: - Knowledge of cabinetry lines and finish materials - Experience in residential remodeling or construction - NKBA certification (not required) Project Scope: Ongoing part-time work Projects vary, typically 1–2 per week to start We’ll provide all necessary measurements, notes, and scope of work If you’re passionate about residential design and ready to jump into flexible, remote freelance work, we’d love to hear from you!
