Title: Email Marketing & Automation Specialist (HTML Designer) for Law Firm CRM Campaigns Description: We’re looking for a highly skilled email marketing contractor to support our team in launching email campaigns and automated nurturing sequences inside our law firm CRM, Lawmatics. Scope of Work: Build HTML-based email campaigns directly within Lawmatics (similar in function to Mailchimp, but CRM-native). Design visually compelling, brand-aligned templates for both our company and our law firm clients. Create segmented email automations based on: Pipeline status (lead, consultation, client, closed) Lead lifecycle stage (new lead, no-show, follow-up, retained) Event triggers (consultation booked, contract signed, no-show reminder) Build reusable templates and nurture sequences for use across multiple law firms. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure all emails align with brand tone, message, and visual style. Ideal Skills: Strong background in email design and HTML/CSS for email. Experience with CRM tools (experience with Lawmatics is a plus, but not required if you can learn quickly). Solid understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, and client onboarding workflows. Ability to design clean, modern, mobile-responsive emails that convert. Familiarity with working for legal or professional service-based businesses is a bonus. Deliverables: A starter library of 5-10 branded email templates (e.g., welcome, no-show, nurture, etc.) 4-6 client journey automations with logic and tailored messaging Suggestions for performance tracking and future optimization, where applicable Budget: We are open to negotiating hourly or fixed pricing based on your experience and familiarity with the legal software Lawmatics & Clio Grow. Timeline: We’d like to begin as soon as possible, with the goal of launching the first round of templates and automations within 3–4 weeks.
