HubSpot Specialist for B2B Marketing Agency (Ongoing Work) Marmentum is a fast-growing B2B growth marketing agency that helps startups and enterprise companies drive real pipeline through paid media, SEO, CRO, and full-funnel marketing systems. We work with clients ranging from Series A startups to Fortune 100 brands, and we’re expanding our operations. We’re looking for a HubSpot expert to join us on an ongoing basis. You’ll be responsible for building and refining marketing and sales hubs, setting up workflows and automation, improving lead routing, implementing attribution tracking, and helping us deliver cleaner, smarter reporting to our clients. You should know HubSpot inside and out, especially when it comes to B2B companies running multi-channel marketing programs. You’ll need to handle projects like CRM architecture setup, integration with ad platforms, lifecycle stage mapping, marketing attribution configuration, reporting dashboard creation, and troubleshooting sync issues. Experience managing large account structures, building scalable templates, and aligning HubSpot to real pipeline outcomes is critical. If you’re someone who can not only execute builds but also think strategically about how to make systems better and more efficient for marketing and sales teams, we want to work with you.
