Overview We are an early-stage medical device company actively building an outbound strategy targeting VCs, family offices, strategic partners, and key angels. We have already assembled a strong database of contacts (with emails, LinkedIn profiles, titles, etc.) and have basic Clay.com enrichment workflows set up. Now, we need an experienced Clay.com consultant to personally teach, coach, and implement the next phase: Advanced enrichment for higher-quality personalization Strategic cold email/LinkedIn targeting setup HubSpot integration for campaign execution What We Have A robust list of VC, family office, and strategic targets. Basic Clay workflows running ("Add Enrichment," "Enrich Person Info," "LinkedIn Profile"). Access to HubSpot CRM. we can get Access to enrichment tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). If you suggest us to. What We Need 1-on-1 Zoom Coaching: Teach a team member (me) how to set up advanced workflows in Clay. Advanced Enrichment Workflows: Set up additional enrichment (funding stages, recent deals, firm-level intel) to personalize outreach. Strategic Cold Outreach: Help create lead buckets for different outreach themes (e.g., Series A-focused, neurovascular interest, strategic corporate VCs). HubSpot Integration: Teach how to seamlessly export enriched Clay leads to HubSpot with proper field mapping and tagging. Outreach Support: Help structure data to enable personalized emails and LinkedIn connection requests at scale. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Expert-level Clay.com user (Clay.com certified preferred) Proven success setting up business-specific workflows in Clay Advanced enrichment and lead targeting experience Deep experience integrating Clay with HubSpot CRM Strong communicator comfortable doing live Zooms and screen-shares Patient, detail-oriented teacher Bonus: Experience working with startups, fundraising, or VC targeting Scope Initial engagement: ~10-20 hours for full setup and training. Ongoing as-needed support (bonus if available after setup for tune-ups). Results We Expect 40%+ increase in lead targeting efficiency. Highly personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages.
