We’re looking for a creative, persistent, and self-directed appointment setter to build and test our outreach and appointment setting framework across multiple channels. About Us: We work with both for-profit and nonprofit clients, helping them optimize operations, recover hidden savings, and strengthen their internal systems. We’re just getting started but we do have some initial systems in place (Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, email outbound, and cold calling). Your Role: This is not just executing a script - we want you to experiment, test, and help build the appointment setting framework. You'll: Test different messaging, cadence, and channels Follow up thoughtfully to maximize call attendance Report back basic findings so we can refine the process together You’ll be hands-on during the initial phase — personally setting appointments yourself to figure out what works. Compensation: We value your time and creativity — especially while we define how much effort is required. Here’s how compensation will work during this early phase: - Project Rate: $500 flat for the initial 4-week build + test phase - Commission During Testing: $100 per qualified, completed appointment (i.e., the correct decision-maker shows up and participates in the scheduled call) After the testing phase: If it’s a strong fit, we prefer to transition you into a flat monthly base + commission % structure. Bonus Points If You: Are interested in growing into other sales roles as we continue scaling. Have experience managing outreach campaigns or volunteer programs. We look forward to hearing from you!
