Description: Looking for a Sales Admin to set up and implement Apollo.io for outbound lead generation. This is a backend sales support role where you'll use my email to build and manage different outreach workflows so I can focus on being the closer. Responsibilities: Set up Apollo.io from scratch Build targeted outbound sequences (by channel and industry) Create and manage lead lists Sync Apollo with email and CRM (if needed) Monitor performance and optimize for deliverability Keep workstreams organized and easily actionable for me to follow up Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with Apollo.io setup and lead workflows Sales ops/admin background preferred Comfortable managing outreach using a client's email account Detail-oriented, fast, and proactive Fluent English Tools You’ll Use: Apollo.io This is a project-based job to start with the potential for ongoing sales admin support.
