We’re Willow Park Rejuvenation (soon to rebrand as Revessence), a boutique medspa and wellness brand located in Arkansas. We’re looking for a savvy, detail-driven email marketing specialist to help us build and execute branded email campaigns using Constant Contact. This is a project-based role to set up and launch our initial 60–90 days of campaigns, plus automation and rebranding communications. Scope of Work: Build 5–6 branded email templates in Constant Contact (mobile-optimized) Develop and schedule campaign types: Monthly newsletter (1 draft to begin) Treatment spotlight (2 versions) Promotional email (1 upcoming campaign) Drip series (4-email Welcome Sequence for new clients) Rebrand countdown (5-email sequence introducing Revessence) Assist with segmentation (new clients, members, inactive clients) Set up automation for welcome and win-back flows Review/report on campaign performance (CTR, opens, unsubscribes) Deliverables: 10–12 scheduled or draft-ready emails in Constant Contact Segmented lists and automation setup (welcome + win-back) Final content calendar (60–90 days) Campaign performance dashboard (optional) Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with Constant Contact (required) Strong copywriting skills (beauty/wellness tone preferred) Solid understanding of email marketing KPIs Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly Bonus: Experience with wellness, medspa, or beauty brands Budget: Fixed-price project. Estimated $400–$750 depending on experience and scope coverage. Timeline: Project to begin immediately and wrap within 2–3 weeks. Long-term support possible if this goes well.
