I run a service-based business in NYC acting as an Owner’s Representative for high-end apartment renovations. My ideal client is a condo or co-op owner spending $100K+ on a renovation, often out of town, too busy, or no desire to manage the renovation themselves. I essentially manage the renovation on their behalf from planning and bidding through approvals, construction, and final walkthrough — advocating for them throughout the process and working to protect their time, money, and reduce their stress. I’m looking for a strategic marketing partner to help build a pipeline of high-quality leads through paid ads, funnel optimization, and smart messaging. This is not just about running ads — it’s about helping me grow trust, authority, and a system that consistently generates the right kind of clients. You’ll Help Me With: -Running Facebook/Instagram ads to drive qualified leads -Crafting/refining ad copy & messaging to position me as a high-trust advisor (not a contractor) -Helping shape a simple but effective funnel (I have a website & designer, but need direction on what to highlight) -Advising on targeting, audience testing, retargeting, etc. -Possibly shaping an email follow-up system or newsletter (optional) What I’m Looking For: -Experience marketing for construction, remodeling, interior design, real estate, or other high-trust/home services -Can speak to longer sales cycles and high-ticket services -Bonus if you’ve marketed for NYC-based clients or understand luxury audiences -Collaborative mindset — I have a designer I trust -Willing to start lean and scale ad spend based on results My Challenges: -Credibility — Although I have several years of construction experience and am partnered with someone whos been doing this for 20+ years I started my company early this year -My current leads are cold or small-budget — I want better-fit clients -I’m not looking for a flood of low-quality form fills — I’d rather have 5 great leads than 50 bad ones -If you’ve helped a contractor, designer, or similar service provider build a brand and lead funnel — I want to hear from you.
