The caller will be provided with a list that consists of approximately 66 phone numbers for each county treasure's office in Oklahoma minus some select counties. The caller will ask for the 2025 Resale List that is scheduled for auction on June 9th. Some county treasurers may have this information available on their website at www.oktaxrolls.com under the menu tab for the respective county. Please be sure that you are not downloading a list that may still be posted from 2024. If it is not available there, you may need to ask the county treasurer's office's to email you a copy of the list if it is not readily available online. This will likely be the case for about one third or possibly half the counties. Some offices may not have this information available until the second or possibly third week of May which will require follow up phone calls. There is a chance some county treasurer offices may say that the auction is posted in the local newspaper and to check there. If that is their response, please nicely ask how you can obtain a list and have it emailed to you, as it would not be conductive to bring a newspaper to the auction when bidding on properties. After obtaining lists, please save each list by county name to be sent over at completion. There are several counties highlighted in green. These counties are of higher importance than others. Please do what you can to obtain the list for these. Each call will likely take 2 minutes at a minimum and 4 or 5 minutes at a maximum. The caller will need to call between the hours of 9am central and 4pm central on a weekday. The total expected time for this task it approximately 5 - 8 hours over the course of 2 - 2.5 weeks.
