We are seeking a QuickBooks Online certified accounting professional to assist with data entry and management of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), as well as journal entries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and QuickBooks Online. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our financial operations. This role is an estimated 10 hours per week and requires attendance at and preparation for client meetings. Ongoing tasks on a monthly basis will include: Finance: Bank deposits AP/AR – entering bills on GAAP, paying bills timely, tracking past dues, generating invoicing monthly and adding them to GAAP standards. Generating “check” documents for annual reviews and audits. Filing all paperwork in case of audit so documents are available and searchable. Run Payroll – enter payroll in accounting software Month end closing journals and matching to “check documents” Month end dashboards generate Month end modeling report Updating rates and billing in clerk/jira/tempo Adding and removing team members in clerk/jira/tempo Adding and removing clients in clerk/jira/tempo
