We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with strong sales and communication skills to follow up with warm leads for our $30,000 franchise opportunity. Your role will be to call, text, and email leads that come through our online ads and forms — helping guide them, answering basic questions, and setting up appointments for the owner to close the deal. You will be rewarded with bonuses for booked appointments and commissions when deals close — with even higher commissions if you find new leads yourself. Responsibilities: Quickly follow up with new leads (preferably within 5–10 minutes) Call, text, and email leads using a provided script and information Set appointments for our team to close Answer basic questions about our franchise opportunity (training provided) Keep lead notes updated (CRM or Google Sheets) Requirements: Excellent English speaking and writing skills Experience in sales, lead follow-up, or customer service Confident phone presence and ability to build quick rapport Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Able to work U.S. hours or overlap for fast lead response Compensation: $40 bonus for every appointment booked that shows up 10% commission for every franchise sale closed from provided leads 25% commission for any new leads you generate yourself that close Example: If you find your own lead and it closes, you earn 25% of the $30,000 franchise fee (= $7,500 commission) Potential to earn $5,000–$10,000+/month depending on performance Franchise Opportunity Highlights (What You Will Be Selling): $30,000 franchise fee — but payable monthly for the first year (huge selling point!)
