We are a commercial real estate investment firm acquiring mobile home parks and self-storage assets nationwide. We are building a pipeline of owner and property contacts that will be imported into our CRM for a targeted cold-calling campaign. We are seeking a Julius AI Specialist to build an organized data workspace that prepares our raw leads for seamless import into our CRM. Project Scope We need someone to: Organize raw lead data (owner phone numbers, property phone numbers, minimal property info) inside Julius AI. Structure and clean the data for smooth export (no duplicates, consistent formats, filled in missing fields where possible). Set up a basic tracking system inside Julius for internal review before CRM import. Export a clean CSV file formatted for easy upload into our CRM system. (Optional Bonus) Recommend fields that would make the CRM setup more powerful (e.g., tagging hot leads, owner responsiveness). Ideal Candidate Experience working with Julius AI for data organization and export. Skilled at data cleaning, basic data enrichment, and CRM formatting. Real estate or acquisitions experience (especially off-market lead generation) is a plus. Ability to work independently and deliver a polished product quickly. Deliverables Organized Julius AI workspace with all leads structured for export. Clean CSV file, ready to be imported into our CRM (matching our CRM's field requirements).
