Job Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO in a healthcare company. This is a part-time position with the potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate. Location - Remote position for US-based candidates only Hours - Part-time (possibility for full-time growth) Fixed schedule preferred - first few hours of the day in CST time zone Responsibilities * Manage CEO's email inbox and calendar * Create and send email templates * Clean up subscriptions and manage junk communications * Organize CRM data in HubSpot * Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed Requirements * Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant Strong proficiency with Gmail and Google Workspace * Experience CRM, preferably HubSpot * Advanced Google Sheets skills * Excellent written communication skills * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail * Availability during morning hours CST * Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information Important Note Due to the healthcare industry setting, all candidates must: * Be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) * Complete required security and compliance training through our company * Understand that all materials are sensitive and must be handled accordingly Compensation $15-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications To Apply Please submit your resume along with a cover letter.
