We would like someone familiar with NEMT provider billing to teach us what is the fastest way to do submit claims and minimize rejections. Are you familiar with NEMT billing especially for BlueRide Transportation? Currently we manually enter claims through Availity but this is very time consuming. We tried using generating x12 files from RouteGenie (we use it for scheduling) and using ClaimMD but the claims doesn’t look like what BlueRide wants so we ended up using Availity. Can you help us fix this and have very fast claim process? I would like to spend few hours with you in Zoom to understand what to do and show you my screen to get to the bottom of it
