Contact Information Data Aggregation

I need assistance finding missing contact information for a list of prospective clients. We have first and last names for all prospective clients and most also have employment information - company name and title. Some even have home address information, but not all. I need help finding direct contact information for each person on the list. I am looking for mobile phone numbers as this is the most reliable way to get in touch with the prospective client. Other useful, yet less inportant data, would be other direct phone numbers such as home number. Accuracy is extremely important. I will need to understand the process for which you are using to determine if I see potential areas of concern. Most home phone numbers are no longer in use or are never answered which is why mobile phone numbers is preferred data. I have access for paid services for ZoomInfo. Everyone you would be working on has already been searched within the ZoomInfo database and is not in it. This is why I am keen on understanding your process for locating this data.
