Help us design, develop, and maintain a custom Power Apps , SharePoint and Power Automate solutions that streamline staff communication, improve collaboration, and track critical operational activities. You'll also support our Microsoft 365 environment and assist in enhancing our public-facing website with new features and improved usability. Key Responsibilities: MS Development (Power Apps , SharePoint and Power Automate) • Redesign and enhance the overall SharePoint interface for improved usability and modern functionality. • Develop intelligent Power Apps , SharePoint and Power Automate lists to manage internal staff communication, track responsibilities, and facilitate collaborative updates with dynamic user assignments. • Create a comprehensive and automated MS (Power Apps , SharePoint and Power Automate) -based system to track museum items, maintenance schedules, actions, notes, images, and geolocation data, complete with alerts and workflows. • Design custom views and reports for stakeholders to easily analyze and act on list data. • Provide ongoing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration, including user and security management. Website Development: Oversee the migration of the organization’s website to a new ISP, adding functionality such as: • Free ticket reservations with optional credit card deposit and refund processing. • Online and onsite bookstore sales tools for docents. • Backend system for managing tour and guest data. • Future development to include membership management and special event ticketing. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps , SharePoint and Power Automate design and administration. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platform, security groups, and permissions management. • Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Power Automate. • Experience with website hosting, migration, and e-commerce functionality. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: • Prior experience working with museums, non-profits, or cultural institutions. • Experience integrating SharePoint with other data sources or platforms.
