I brought my first case against this landlord in 2022, and filed it myself electronically. But I need to bring them back to court since the broke the settlement stipulation and then let me soak in a new set of pipe breaks and a separate set of leaks that have now produced new mold conditions. I'm so busy trying to write the documents that I am having a hard time also figuring out the administration of what needs to be filed where, and when. This work is very process heavy and it hurts my brain to learn that AND work with all my evidence and try to write the papers at the same time! I need someone to turn to ask questions.
