Help with New Outlook / Office 365

We have used classic Outlook for years and like it. Last week, we became unable to access our email. We think it's because of an OAuth issue. We switched to the new Outlook and got it working again, but lost some important features like keeping folders always expanded, a quick print button, etc. We would prefer to change back to Classic, but are having difficulty getting the email to work. We would like to stick with POP if possible instead of IMAP.
